Moulds, mandrels and pushing rods are precisely designed and manufactured according to different elbow dimensions and wall thickness, making elbows qualified within standard tolerance.
The whole hydraulic system maintains superior sealing performance, avoiding any leakage or spillage.
Proportional hydraulic control system is adopted to save energy, stabilize performance, keep low noise and long service life.
Special mould locating device makes it easier and faster to change moulds and mandrels in mass production, greatly increasing the efficiency.
